General Questions

Due to Covid-19, are you guys still accepting orders?

Since we're an essential business, we are still processing orders as normal. Due to the increase demand, you may run into delays, however, we are working around the clock to fulfill your orders and processing them in the order in which they were received. If your order experiences any delays at all, we will notify you!

I selected Overnight Shipping, but my delivery date is still set to a few days from now. Why?

Your shipping speed does not change our processing time, which can be anywhere from 1 to 2 business days. Therefor you add 1-2 days on top of the shipping method you chose at checkout. We will notify you when your order ships via email.

Free Delivery?

Our Warehouse Distribution Center is located at San Bruno, California and we only offer Free delivery in the San Francisco Bay area for qualifying orders. Our current "Free Shipping" promotion applies to orders over $99 and First Time orders. Any address outside of a 25 mile radius of our facility, 3rd party shipping rates may apply. We do give a $5 shipping discount for all orders over $99 anywhere in the USA.

What days do you deliver?

Online orders can be delivered Monday through Saturday. Please note that all orders placed will be processed the next business day and shipped out 1-2 business days from time order was placed.

Can I place an order for store pickup?

Yes, you can place an order for store pickup by selecting the pick-up tab under “Delivery Method” when you check out, by calling (650) 615-7887, or by sending an email to the Ijcfoods7@gmail.com. Our customer representative in the store will answer your call or email and help assist you with your order.

Shipping

How long does it take my order to get to me?

From the time you place your order, it will take us 1-2 days to process and ship. Therefor you add 1-2 days on top of the shipping method you chose at checkout. We will notify you via email to let you know your order has been shipped. All deliveries are contact less and all delivery personal wear protective gear (Gloves and Masks).

Do you deliver to my zip code?

We deliver to all zip codes whether by our own trucks or by 3rd party shipping services like Fed Ex and UPS.

Where do you get your meat from?

We source all our proteins from Qualified Sustainable Farms all over the USA.

Is your meat sustainable?

Yes! We source exclusively from family farms and ranches with high standards of sustainability.

Do you carry Halal?

We do not stock Halal products, we can, however, place a special order for you. When you are in your cart, please add this note in the “Note Box”. This would cost a nominal fee and add time to your estimated delivery date.

Is your chicken organic?

All chicken cuts at our Facility are Antibiotic and Hormone Free chicken. They were never given antibiotics, hormones or steroids. They were fed a 100% vegetarian diet and are a Non-GMO Project Verified product. We also do stock Petaluma Poultry products that are USDA certified organic chicken. The difference between their organic chickens and the chicken we offer is that the food they were fed was organic. Both were raised on sustainable family-owned farms, air chilled and fed a natural diet.
